Determining the right size is not always easy. In addition to size, the model, manufacturing method, last shape and material also determine how a shoe fits. Three size bars are used. The European, also known as the French sizes. The English and American sizes. The last two are similar but not the same. On the table you can see how the sizes relate to each other. Your order will be shipped immediately if it is ordered before 3:30 and will be shipped the same day. After 3:30 or during the weekend it will be shipped the next day. In all cases we are dependent on the delivering party for the final delivery date.

All unworn products can be returned in their original packaging. Products that have been adjusted or custom-made for you, such as belts, unfortunately cannot be returned. If in doubt, please contact our webshop.
Returns are always possible, but this is not free, provided the return error is due to a manufacturing error. This is considered on a case-by-case basis.
